Ric Murdoch – Managing Director.
Ric has 45 years experience in chandlery and 35 years experience in the aquaculture industry, and has been hands on in all aspects of the business and has travelled the world extensively during his career. Ric keeps an open mind and is always keen to overcome our customer’s obstacles.

Scott Gray – Sales and Marketing Manager .
Scott has been supplying equipment to both shellfish and finfish farmers for 17 years and is very knowledgeable on ropes and other mooring equipment. Scott has been with Seafarm Systems for 6 years and is fully versed in all aspects of the business.

Peter Warner – Manager Aquaculture.
Peter has over 21 years experience as a salmonoid Farmer/Farm Manager in both Tasmania and the US. Peter has also travelled the world attending conferences and visiting farms over the last 20 years. Peter has been with the business for 4 years and is active in Mooring Consulting design and installation, cage building and sales. Peter is also the inventor of the Net Weight Hook featured in the Chandlery Section

Mark Musch – Cage Building Supervisor.
Mark has been building Sea Cages for over 21 years. Mark has built every size and shape cage imaginable and has worked in many countries during his career. As well as building cages, Mark has vast experience fabricating with plastic.

Corey Williams – Roto Moulding and Manufacturing Supervisor.
Corey has been rotomoulding for 7 years and has moulded thousands of stanchions. Corey is active in the moulding process as well as designing and modifying moulds. Corey also oversees the Plastic Fabrications' manufacturing division.

David Bickers – Procurement and Logistics Manager.
Dave has been with Seafarm Systems for 12 years, he has spent over 20 years managing logistics. Dave is active in quoting and in getting components from A to B. David specialises in sales into Japan.

Mark Cartledge - Sales and Technical Manager.
Mark has been with Plastic Fabrications for 26 years + starting his career as a fabricator, gaining a vast variety of experience and qualifications. Mark's knowledge and experience has allowed him to travel interstate and overseas. Mark is involved in sales, quotations, civil works, wholesale plastics and with his great history of the business he is involved in the day to day running of the business.

Karsten Himmesltrup – Managing Director, Seafarm Systems Europe.
Karsten has degrees in Economics, International Business and Aquaculture Biology and has been working in the aquaculture industry in both production and sales areas for the past 14 years. In 2006 Karsten founded and was the Managing Director of Seaq A/S during which time he was a distributor for a range of Seafarm System products. In 2009 Seaq was taken over by Seafarm Systems and he took up his current position. Karsten brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the aquaculture industry particularly related to European and Scandinavian conditions.

Darren Inches – Production Manager
Darren joined Seafarm Systems this year as the production manager for both Seafarm Systems and for MIC Pty Ltd. Darren has a background as a licensed Electrician and has worked in the industrial crane industry, civil engineering and has an extensive background in production in the ship building industry.

Fritz Shoemaker – CEO
Fritz has been with Seafarm Systems for over a year. Prior to joining Seafarm Systems he managed a shipyard in Tasmania. He has spent the last 12 years in Australia and previously managed and owned a number of businesses in the USA. Fritz has a Masters of Business Administration degree but has already instilled a technical/engineering approach to our products. Fritz serves the community on a number of boards and looks after Seafarm Systems as well as MIC Pty Ltd
